| A: | Karma Points tell other members whether you are a trustworthy betting opponent. Things like early withdrawals and disputed outcomes can lower your Karma Rating. Things like betting on Jury decisions can increase it. |

| Q: | How do you determine Karma Ratings? |
| A: | The Karma Equation, of course. No, here is how we do it. Every new member starts off with approximately 2.5 Karma Points on a scale of 0-5. Every time you make a bet, take a bet, and agree on the outcome of the bet, you earn Karma Points. If you disagree on the outcome of a bet, and choose to dispute the bet, you lose Karma Points. User ratings and other participation factors also contribute to your overall Karma Rating. Remember, the more good you give, the more good there is! |

Making/Taking Bets
| Q: | How do I create my own bets? |
| A: | Once registered, you can create your own bets. You will name the bet, describe it, and clarify how the bet is won or lost. Make smart bets! You dont want to lose your money, and you don't want to make your bet so ridiculous that no one will take it! |

| Q: | When do I have to pay for my bet? |
| A: | You will have to pay for any bet you make at the time the bet is created. If you do not have enough available funds in your poserFish account at the time you make your bet, the bet will be held in a temporary status until you either put the money in your account or recieve monies from another winning bet. |

| Q: | What can I bet on at poserFish.com? |
| A: | Anything! PoserFish does not regulate the bets placed on our network. You are free to place whatever bets you feel other members will take. |

| Q: | What if I don't want other people to see my bets? |
| A: | When you are creating a bet, you are given an option to make the bet private. This will allow only the members you select to see the bet. If you add member to a bet, they will automatically be notified that they have been invited to take your bet. |

| Q: | How do I take a bet? |
| A: | Once , you can other members have created. Once registered, you can browse bets other members have created. |

| Q: | If there is no house, who decides who wins? |
| A: | poserFish.com holds the money for the maker and taker until there is an outcome in the bet. Once there is an outcome both the maker and the taker return to the site (a reminder notification will be sent) and enter their chose for who won. |

| Q: | What if the maker and taker cannot decide who won? |
| A: | When a bet is being created, the maker choses if they wants disputed bets to go to arbitration or not. If arbitration is chosen the poserFish.com community decides the winner. If the loser is the initiator if the arbitration than they are given negative karma points. If arbitration is not chosen then both parties are given a their money back, and are given negative karma points. |

| Q: | Can I close a bet I have created early? |
| A: | Yes, but if anyone has taken the bet before you close it, the bet with those other members is still valid. |

| Q: | Can I cancel a bet I have created? |
| A: | No, well, if no one has taken the bet yet you may close it, which would have the same effect as canceling it early. If members have taken the bet before you close it, than you are still liable for those bets. |

| Q: | Can I bet more than one member at a time? |
| A: | Yes. You can bet up to 10 members per bet. |

| Q: | Can I back out of a bet I have created? |
| A: | No. Once you have taken a bet, those funds are reserved to pay off the bet in the event that you should lose. These funds are not refundable without a bet decision. |

| Q: | What if my karma has dropped too low and people wont take my bets? |
| A: | Try to entice them with better odds. Over time your karma rating will increase and you can then bet as normal. Tip: dont let it fall that low in the first place and you wont have that problem! |

Payments and Fees
| Q: | How much does it cost to use poserFish.com? |
| A: | poserFish.com takes a small commission from the winnings only. If you lose (dont give up, you might win next time) you pay only the amount you lost in the bet. |

| Q: | What other fees are there for using poserFish.com? |
| A: | If you are betting from funds on account, there are no other fees, however, poserFish.com requires member to pay the processing fees poserFish.com incures from the payment processing company that you chose. We will deduct these charges from the amount you put on account (for deposits); or the amount you receive (for cashouts). All charges will be disclosed up front, where possible. | Q: | Once I win my bet, how do I get my money? |
| A: | Once your winning bet has been processed, that amount will be added to your account balance. You can use these funds to either make or take another bet, or you can have the funds sent to you via the payment method you chose. |

| A: | No. If nobody accepts your bet and the bet close time passes, your money will become available for you to make or take other bets within 24 hours. |

| A: | If you have recently registered and you are not able to log in, it is most likely that you have not verified your email address. Please check your mail for an email from poserFish.com and follow the instructions contained in the email. |

| A: | The ying-yangs are the graphical representation of what we call: user karma rating. When a new member signs up he (she) begin with an average karma rating. The more bets they complete and the more good or bad user ratings they receive. This, mixed with other betting behaviors make up a users karma rating. The higher the karma rating the more honarable the member. |

| A: | No. poserFish.com does NOT decide bets. We are a network, not a service. Please no not contact us asking to settle your disputes. |

| A: | In the event that a winner cannot be determined (rained out game, cancelled awards show, etc) then original amount of reserved funds will be returned the make and taker. There will be no poserFish.com commission and no karma points will be awarded. |
